Hello Penncross families,
We have exciting news to announce to everyone.
On Wednesday, March 13, the two wood signs at our subdivision entrance will be removed. This is the first step of the long awaited project of being replaced by brick monuments. The HOA has approved the process of contracting sign removal, excavation, building foundation, brick masonry, electrical uplighting, landscaping, and rebuilding the irrigation system.
We anticipate completion before this summer. Be on the look out for updates as the project progresses. As your board, we are excited for the enhancement this will make to the entrance of Penncross Knoll.
